DO NOT USE my art for any kind AI tools.Your commissioning means that you agree and have read my Terms of Service. Do not commission me if you do not agree with my T.O.S.

GENERAL INFO

Personal information must be kept confidential by both parties.

I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.
Artwork can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks, and I will send the finished piece via a google drive link (for the best quality).My sketch might not match the final result of a commission. It’s only meant to show the concept or expression.
I also have the right to decline any commission.

PAYMENT

Payment via PayPal.
Illustrations/Emotes/Sketches and other works of simpler nature will be invoiced fully upfront.For Live2D models, you can pay 50% upfront and the remaining 50% after the sketch.Payment must be made within 48 hours after all details are discussed.

EXTRAS & DEADLINE

For illustrations and chibis:
• Commercial use: +15$
• Character design: +15$
• Additional character: +100%For L2D models:
• Character design: +20$
• Additional emotion: +15$
• Complex character design with many details to cut: +20$

DEADLINE - 21 days, for L2D models - 45 days.
I will keep you updated if any delays occur.

DO'S

• Preferably girls or feminine boys
• Original characters, anime/game characters
• Animal ears/tails
• Kemonomimi
• Artistic nude (females only)

DONT'S

• Realism
• Furries
• Nsfw
• Muscular/old characters
• Complex armor/mecha
• Complex backgrounds

HOW TO ORDER

DM me on Twitter or Discord to discuss all the details.

Please write in this format:
- Type of commission (illustration/emote/L2D model/chibi).
- Your character's reference sheets (provide image references).
- Notes/ideas/references with a pose
- Extras (if you have any).

REVISIONS

You can use 2 revisions after the sketch is approved.
However after the commission is finished or almost finished, only small changes are allowed to be made.
Such as small coloring/marking mistakes.
Any great changes will come with an extra charge (+10$). Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, hair change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.Mistakes i make will always be corrected no matter of how many free revisions you used.

REFUNDS

I'll give you a full refund if:
a) You cancel your order before you've received the sketch.
b) I can't complete your commission.In other cases - no refunds.

USAGE

I own the right to post or/and stream the commission and use the artwork for social media to promote myself and my services. I retain all rights to the commissioned artwork, you are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.If you want me to keep it private, please inform me first.

Customer usage rights:You CAN use the artwork for personal use only (unless commercial rights are purchased).
You CAN print the artwork only for yourself, friends or family and claim the right of character(s) drawn but not the drawing itself.
You CAN use the artwork on social media with credit to me "@yunaX0624".You CANT use the artwork for print/YouTube/Twitch or any commercial projects without commercial usage.
You CANT sell the artwork.
You CANT remove signatures/watermarks.
You CANT modify the artwork without my consent.
You CANT use my artworks for AI or NFT.

FINAL AGREEMENT

By commissioning me you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to all terms above.
